Nestled along the tranquil River Danube, Hotel Gasthof Sonne in Fridingen is a true gem for weary travelers. The warm welcome from the owner, even in the rain, instantly made us feel at home. The cozy rooms, each with cable TV and free Wi-Fi, provided a comfortable retreat after a day of biking along the picturesque Danube cycle route. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious Swabian dishes, perfect after a long day of exploration. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh bread, cheese, and homemade marmalades. The proximity to the Donau trail made it a convenient choice for our biking adventure.The personal touch extended to every detail, including a garage for our bikes and free WiFi throughout the property. The inviting atmosphere catered to all guests, from families to business travelers.
